Jewll manufactures high security electrical kiosks of the best quality using stainless steel or mild steel. These units can be fitted with highly sophisticated electronic opening systems to ensure the safety of the meters on the inside.
Advantages: All of the units are acid dipped before powder coated and Jewll complies to all powder coating standards of the end users such as municipalities, Eskom and City Power. In the construction of these units coded welders are being used to ensure a product of the highest quality.
These pole mounted kiosk units are designed and developed for secured metering systems. The units are all fitted to steel, wood or concrete poles.
NON-FLAMEPROOF enclosures
Jewll supplies and manufactures a wide range of non-flameproof equipment such as flitting panels, refuge bay battery back-up panels, heavy-duty belt starters and distribution board enclosures.
This is a non-flameproof, 110 kW, dual voltage 525/1000 V flitting panel, which can also be built in various sizes and configurations.
This is a non-flameproof belt starter, winch and flitting panel, 4 x 110 kW, dual voltage 525/1000 V.
This is a non-flameproof starter panel, 4 x 110 kW, dual voltage 525/1000 V. This panel can also be fitted with soft starters.
This is a flameproof belt starter, winch, flitting panel and lighting transformer which is used in conjunction, underground. The belt starter and winch is 2 x 90 kW, dual voltage 525/1000 V.

Mini Substations
These mini substations form part of an electrical generation, transmission, and distribution system. Mini substations are built to customer specifications.
Mini substations vary from 100 kVA to 1 000 kVA and are similar to regular substations, but much smaller. The transformer has a lower kVA rating and it has less in the way of secondary distribution equipment (breakers, switch gear, etc.). These are built to customer specifications, such as Eskom, City Power and various municipalities.
These ground mounted units are designed and developed for secured metering systems. The units are all fitted with either a steel or a cement based plinth.
Sizes are available from four- to 24-way standard configuration. Customised solutions are available on request.
